Life in Sav ~ Better late than Never

I have been spoiled.

I have been so spoiled.

I have had the luxury of not only getting unlimited film processing with my school, but ALSO getting unlimited access to the crazy nice (and expensive) flextight scanners.

I didn't realize just how spoiled I was until I left and took a dive into the "real world" of film processing, and was slapped in the face with $8.50 a roll for negatives and another $8.00 a roll for scans - which, by the way, were really hastily and poorly done. I'm going to have to rescan at least a third of my rolls. Needless to say I won't be returning to Colortek of Boston.

In any case, I can now fully appreciate why people cry over how expensive film is.

!!!!   But it's worth it because now I have PICTURES   !!!!

Some of my favorite pictures ever are on these rolls, and these babies have been brought around the US - from Massachusetts, to Georgia, all the way to California. Expect many blog posts in the near future.

Here are some pictures from my last weekend in Savannah. I have a lot of love for these people and I can't wait until I can see them again.
