About a week ago I stumbled upon a point-and-shoot 35mm camera at the Salvation Army near my apartment. After spending a whopping three bucks on the thing (without having any idea if it worked or not) I realized that there was an undeveloped roll of film still in the back of it. I got it developed, hoping I'd find stills from a murder scene or scandalous nudes. Instead of a murder scene, I got shots of the most adorable toddler and his grandma running around in his underwear and wearing a pumpkin costume (I included a couple shots at the end of this post). The date on the image said it was taken back in 2003, which means today this little toddler is 12 years older and close to my age - WEIRD.
I've had a lot of fun this week, experimenting with my new point-and-shoot, expired film, flash, and just taking pictures anywhere and everywhere. Here are some of my favorite shots from the past few weeks, mostly taken with my three dollar wonder camera.
